Please read these Terms of Service (TOS) carefully before using Astro Places, a 2D avatar chat platform. By accessing or using Astro Places, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Acceptance of Terms:
1.1 By using Astro Places, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these TOS and all applicable laws and regulations.

d) Share personal or sensitive information about others without their explicit consent.
e) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
f) Disrupt or interfere with the functioning of Astro Places, its servers, or networks.
g) Engage in any activity that may harm, exploit, or endanger minors.
h) Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
i) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Astro Places, user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
2.3 Failure to comply with these conduct rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to Astro Places, at our sole discretion.
User-Generated Content:
3.1 Astro Places allows users to post, upload, and share content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video. You retain ownership of your user-generated content.
3.2 By posting content on Astro Places, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Astro Places.
3.3 You are solely responsible for the content you post on Astro Places. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to publish and share your content.
3.4 We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these TOS or is deemed inappropriate or offensive, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property:
4.1 All intellectual property rights related to Astro Places, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to us.
4.2 You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to Astro Places without our prior written consent.
Termination:
5.1 We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Astro Places at any time and for any reason, without liability or prior notice.
5.2 Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of Astro Places.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1 Astro Places is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation, security, reliability, accuracy, or availability of Astro Places.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of Astro Places, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Modifications to the TOS:
7.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these TOS at any time. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Astro Places.
7.2 By continuing to use Astro Places after the revised TOS have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
